Stacy Burgau
Financial Services Professional
Stacy Burgau has been in the insurance and financial services industry for 20 years. Her passion through the decades has been working with agricultural clients, particularly cranberry growers, on business continuity and estate planning. She counts many other small and mid-size family businesses as clients. Stacy enjoys the challenge of helping clients prepare for changes in life and business, while balancing enjoyment of today with planning for the future.
Stacy is a qualifying and life member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)^, is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), and the Wisconsin Cranberry Growers Association. She has won numerous awards from New York Life, including President’s Council (2020 - 2021) and Executive Council (2019) recognition, as well as several NAIFA Quality Awards.
When not in the office, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband Al or her three children Jackson, Ellie, and Allison, and granddaughter Amelia. She can frequently be found at a car show, playing piano, or horseback riding.

Becky Scholze
Director of Operations
Becky joined Stacy as Executive Assistant in 2019. As a first point of contact for clients, Becky takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience as well as managing day-to-day operations. Although her background is in healthcare, she has quickly come to enjoy the insurance and finance fields. With multi-generational farming operations in her family, Becky has found agribusiness estate planning of particular interest.
A Licensed Service Assistant, Becky earned her Life and Health license in 2020. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, cooking, gardening, and reading.
